Krav Maga for Police, Services and Security
Krav Maga is highly effective in the real-life situations often experienced by our police forces, paramedics, security officers and others who work in the service industry. These classes have been specifically designed to be relevant and useful for those in law enforcement and integrate tactical skills with self-defence and use of force rules and methodology.
Our police, services and security classes are led by Master Gavriel Schneider, Australia’s most senior Krav Maga instructor. Gav has over 30 years experience and is a 7th Dan black belt in Krav Maga, Israeli Jujitsu and Ninjitsu, trains in the latest use of force techniques worldwide and is a firearm, tactical baton, restraint and control and OC certified instructor. As well as having a PhD in Security Risk Management, Gav has worked as a bodyguard and close personal protection officer at the highest levels including protection of Presidential, Prime Ministerial and high-risk individuals across the world.
Our police, services and security training classes include the latest use of force research and methodology and help participants to understand restraint and control versus life and death. Each class has been developed to integrate tactical skills with self-defence, including open hand tactics such as grappling, striking, wrestling, ground defence, defence against multiple attackers and restraints. There is also a strong focus on weapons including how to retain yours, as well as how to defend against weapons and the use of weapons such as police batons.
